As of May 11, several changes were made in different cities of the country during the national quarantine. Some of those have to do with the “peak and ID” measure.
With this norm the leaders look for the control of the exit to the street on the part of the citizens according to their ID number. A breach of this rule can generate a fine of up to 936,320 pesos.
These were the changes registered in the main cities of the country, with the exception of Bogotá, which eliminated the measure, and Cali, which made no changes.

Medellin
The new changes apply to the 11 municipalities that make up the Aburrá Valley. This measure allows them to make purchases and bank transactions with the last digit of their document.
The exception to this rule is only for people who are registered on the ‘Medellín Me Cuida’ platform and enables some citizens to move to their jobs.
The transformations apply in two stages. In the week of May 11 to 17, 2020, a series of numbers will apply and to the next, from May 18 to 24, they will change.
This is the official statement issued by the Mayor of Medellín:
Barranquilla
In the capital of the Atlantic, the changes in the ‘pico and cédula’ began to take effect from May 7 and continue until May 25.
Among the main changes is the restriction to supermarkets and market places to open on weekends. On Saturday and Sunday only addresses can be ordered.
Through decree 0443, the mayor Jaime Pumarejo also decided that a person can only go outside once every two weeks. Except for citizens who have permission to travel to work or in case of a medical emergency.

At the same time, on weekends outdoor physical activities will be restricted. That is, those who want to go out to do sports can only do it from Monday to Friday between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Finally, Pumarejo said that, in case the Barranquilleros did not comply with the rule, they would decree a curfew for 24 hours.
Bucaramanga
Despite the constant criticism in networks by the Bumangueses who do not support the ‘pico y cédula’, the measure had some changes. The most relevant is the restriction on Saturdays and Sundays, in which a curfew will apply throughout the day and there will be no mobility. There will only be the option of requesting addresses.
Supermarkets, neighborhood stores and department stores may only open to the public from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m..
This is the specification of the rotation of numbers for the next two weeks that was released by the Mayor’s Office.

Cartagena
The measure in this city is valid from Monday to Friday. People will only be able to leave from 6:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. to carry out their bank transactions and stock up.
Another change was that on Sundays preventive total isolation was decreed. That is, on May 17 and 24. On both days people will not be able to leave their homes.
The ‘peak and gender’ measure will not apply to this rotation of the ‘peak and schedule’.
This is the official poster released by the Mayor of Cartagena with the new rotation of the measure:
Cali
The measure in the capital of Valle del Cauca remains the same, as announced by the Mayor of the city.
In Cali Only two people can go in a taxi or private vehicle and both must be fulfilling the measure of ‘peak and identity card’. These are the numbers that you should keep in mind per day when going out to make purchases or bank errands.
In networks there are several criticisms that have been made of this measure, as some citizens say that it is difficult to go out to market only one day a week. At the same time, the authorities of different cities have reported several fines imposed on citizens who have left their homes without applying the exceptions of the decrees and with a different ID number than the one applied for that day.
Bogotá is the city with the most cases of coronavirus registered, with more than 4,000.
