The Bucaramanga administrative judge 15 ordered the provisional suspension of peak and ID for physical activities and outdoor exercises in Bucaramanga.
As the judicial official argued, the mayor Juan Carlos Cárdenas did not comply with presidential decree 593 of April 24, 2020, that addressed the issue of sports and physical activities in the face of confinement due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In Article 37 establishes that physical activities are allowed to older people from 18 to 60 years of age, who can go out every day for a period of maximum one hour a day to carry out this type of activity.
However ehe president of the Santander capital established a restriction on the development of this activity, determining that citizens could only do sport on the day of their peak and ID, reducing this diligence to one hour every seven days of the week.
The judge argued that the local president did not present any argument to determine this restriction. in the physical activity of all the bumangueses and for that reason said decision was suspended.

In this way for the moment the restriction of the peak and certificate that had been established by the Mayor of Bucaramanga is suspended and the inhabitants of the city will be able to carry out one hour a day of sports activity, as long as they comply with all the biosafety protocols established by the National Government.
Bumangueses who wish to carry out sports activities must have face masks and do it individually.
The authorities reiterated that minors and people over 70 must stay in their homes.
