Thousands of people finally did carry out the marches that had been called for this day from some sectors, and they did so with the premise that were peaceful and in commemoration of the victims of the violent days that were lived in Bogotá during the last week.

The authorities allowed the entrance to the Plaza de Bolívar after 3:00 pm and a river of people made their entrance to the iconic place from the capital of the country to protest against various situations.

In that same place, the act of forgiveness called by the Bogotá Mayor’s Office took place this morning, which was not attended by President Iván Duque.

For the moment, the day is going normally, although some protesters have expressed their concern on social networks about the presence of so many Esmad agents.
