The director of the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (ICBF)Lina Arbeláez called on parents and caregivers to be rigorous so that when children and adolescents can go out into public spaces, they take into account the new provisions of the national government that will take effect from May 11.

Children who turn six years under the measure must schedule an appointment to be vaccinated, this being the first requirement to be able to leave according to the national immunization program.
