According to the Prosecutor’s Office, Bejarano had a house for a prison and two convictions for carrying and trafficking in weapons.
However, it was found that “he has breached his house arrest at least twice: once, the day the crime was perpetrated, and again now, when we went to look for him,” added the entity.
