A strong complaint is made by his relatives: Minor was tortured and sexually assaulted in a CAI in Bogotá.
This event occurred in the town of Usme on September 1 and was now revealed by Noticias Uno.

The teenager’s family told the news that she and a younger sister went out that day to a neighborhood store.
Suddenly a police patrol approached the two sisters and took the older one away.
Thinking that she was of legal age, they arrested her in a CAI, while the little sister went out to notify her parents.
A few minutes later the adolescent left the CAI, but when she got home she told what happened.
She had marks on her body as a sign of mistreatment she received, she also said that they touched her while saying obscene phrases to her.
When the father went to complain to the uniformed men, they defended themselves saying that the girl’s brother, who went to look for her at the CAI, signed a document in which he said that he received her in perfect condition.
