This portfolio of the National Government recently reported that the new Runt rates apply to: Transit Bodies, Support Bodies, Transit Authorities, Runt Concession and users who are required to register.
“Through Resolution 20203040016055 of October 16, 2020, published in the Official Gazette on October 19, the Ministry of Transport set the rates applicable to registration, entry of information, issuance of certificates and services provided by the RUNT, in accordance with the system and method established by law”, Detailed the Ministry of Transport.
“With this update of rates we honor the legality pillar that is the mandate of the national government, by adjusting to the rules that apply to these procedures. In addition, we do it to provide a better service, so that the people who have to carry out these procedures find more expeditious attention, with more possibilities of access. Transportation services are due to the citizens, and that is why we work permanently ”, declared the Minister of Transportation, Ángela María Orozco, quoted by the newspaper El Tiempo.
The new rates come into effect from this Thursday, October 29

- Property transfer (4,200 pesos)
- Duplicate transit license (1,800 pesos)
- Driving license certificate: (1,800 pesos)
- Issuance of the driving license: (6,700 pesos)
- Driving license renewal: (1,800 pesos)
