A week after the controversial Presidency contract with Du Brands was revealed, for using money from the Peace Fund, a new contract appears that, according to Semana magazine, would be valid from May 4 to December 15, 2020 and was for a value of $ 480 million pesos between the Administrative Department of the Presidency (Dapre) and the National Consulting Center.
The contract would be to carry out surveys in various regions and obtain results on the performance of the ministries.
“Diagnose the government’s performance in relation to the main work fronts of its ministries. Identify the issues with the greatest impact, which make up the fronts of equity, legality and entrepreneurship to give recommendations that allow good levels of government approval, ”says part of the document.
Also, according to the magazine, the objective of the contract would be to assess the mood of the population and determine the level of acceptance of programs aimed at building peace.
Likewise, it is indicated that the budget line is derived from the “Fund for Special Peace Programs: Demobilized Program”, a contract that is under the supervision of the presidential adviser for Communications, Hassan Nassar.
Blu Radio assured that the supervisor of the development of the services will be Nassar and that the National Consulting Center must carry out 1,168 monthly surveys for a total of 7,008 this year. According to this medium, Nassar assured that this year’s contract, which previously belonged to Invamer, represented a saving of 469 million pesos.
For its part, W Radio reported that the 7,008 surveys will be carried out in Bogotá, Antioquia and Eje Cafetero, Central East, Caribbean and South West.
This new contract will be valid until December 15 of this year. The same day the contract with the agency Du Brands ends, which, as it became known a week ago, was for a cost of 3 billion pesos.
