The attack occurred around 5:30 in the afternoon on Monday in the Palermo district from that municipality in southern Antioquia, Blu Radio reported.

That station said that the man who would have died accidentally was an inhabitant of the sector, and identified him as Luis Parra Sepúlveda.

In addition, the media points out that the possible causes that the authorities handle about the attack are related to the sale of drugs in the municipality.

General Juan Carlos Ramírez, from the Army’s Seventh Division, announced on Twitter that “military and police operations were already underway in the area to find the whereabouts of those responsible.”

This would be the third massacre that occurs in Colombia so far this month and second on the day, after the murder of two people in the municipality of Algeria, Cauca.
