For the data for this Wednesday, 68,313 tests (35,120 for PCR and 33,193 for antigen type), for a total number of 8,050,857 samples processed since the health emergency began.

Bogotá had 4,957 new infections, followed by Antioquia with 1,700 and Valle del Cauca, which registered 1,067.

With fewer cases appear Cundinamarca (396), Barranquilla (380), Norte de Santander (352), Santander (333), Tolima (261), Cartagena (250), Nariño (243), Caldas (219), Boyacá (208) , Risaralda (199), Huila (170), Atlántico (145) and Cauca (135).

And below the hundred cases were La Guajira (71), Bolívar (41), Santa Marta (40), Arauca (31), Casanare (31), Caquetá (29) and Cesar (29).

Similarly, the Ministry of Health confirmed that 289 people died from the virus.
