Mother of a child under 3 who recorded her daughter being abused, will be sent to jail | La Libertad newspaper

Woman involved in aberrant case of sexual abuse of her three-year-old daughter in Manizales, confesses her guilt and will be sent to jail after being denounced by a man who mistakenly received the videos in which the minor was violated , to later be distributed in WhatsApp groups.

After the police investigation and thanks to the man’s complaint, it was possible to learn the necessary information to know that the girl’s mother was the one who recorded these videos, collecting enough probative information to be able to arrest the woman who is known as Natalia.

The woman was arrested two days after the events, and was challenged with the crimes of aggravated sexual acts with a minor under 14 years of age and child pornography.

The minor, on the other hand, is in the custody of the Colombian Family Welfare Institute, where she will be assigned a surrogate mother while receiving psychological help.
