The woman, who is accused of physically and psychologically mistreating her daughter-in-law, in Buga, was charged with the crime of aggravated domestic violence.

The Valle del Cauca District Attorney’s Office collected probative material that allows us to infer that theto date processed would have violated the physical integrity of the victim.
The facts under investigation occurred on May 19 and 20, 2019; as well as last October 8 and 11, in the El Jardín neighborhood, where allegedly the victim She was attacked with machetes and verbally, which resulted in a provisional disability of 20 days. According to the Prosecutor’s Office, said criminal conduct, apparently, was repetitive.
Personnel from the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI) of the Valle del Cauca Sectional Prosecutor’s Office, and the National Police, captured the alleged aggressor with a court order on October 21 in that town.

By determination of the judge, the alleged aggressor, who did not accept charges, you must comply with the measure in your place of residence due to your age and because the victim no longer lives with her.
Likewise, the Prosecutor’s Office transferred the indictment against the woman.
