The Cundinamarca Police, through the commander of that department, Colonel César Ovidio Castro, brought to the attention of public opinion an unusual and regrettable case of intolerance that occurred in the municipality of Mosquera (Cundinamarca).

“These two people, in an act of intolerance, start a fight in the open street and one of them, who had a knife, stabs the other. Unfortunately when the victim is taken to a hospital, he already arrives without vital signs”, Castro said.
The aggressor was identified as Clodomiro Gutiérrez Rodríguez, 44 years old and a native of Vergara (Cundinamarca).
This man, without thinking, assaulted Rogelio Gómez Valbuena, 51 years old. The latter died due to the severity of his injuries.

The events were presented on November 29 at 9:45 p.m.. The alleged perpetrator was captured and prosecuted by the Prosecutor’s Office. You will have to answer for the crime of aggravated homicide.
The mayor of Mosquera, Gian Carlo Gerometta, regretted the fact.
“We are very sad with the news. This constitutes an act of intolerance that is unacceptable and that clearly generates sadness in Mosquera’s society. We categorically reject this type of event and we urge that this not be repeated. It was an absurd discussion that ended one person’s life, ”he said.
