The Advisory Office for Disaster Risk Management of Cartagena (OAGRD) continues with the delivery of 50,000 market bonds to families who lack government aid and with a close impact by COVID-19.
These humanitarian aid, provided by the National Unit for Disaster Risk Management (UNGRD), through the Collective Investment Funds of the Ministry of the Interior, have been delivered since September at the Éxito Stores.

Fernando Abello Rubiano, director of the OAGRD, explained that there will be a deadline to claim the bonds until December 12.
“The call is for all those who have not benefited to be consulted before December 12, because it is possible that they are included in the new update that was carried out. It should be noted here that the people who have already requested their help will continue to appear in the database but that does not qualify them for a second installment. This humanitarian aid is for one time only, ”said Abello.
The official recalled that the redemption is personal and with an original identification document, however, if a beneficiary cannot be transferred to the warehouse, a relative may do so, proving the relationship with a legal document, such as civil registration of birth or marriage, detailing the case and attaching the documents to the email [email protected].
