The young woman from Cali made the complaint through her Instagram account. In a video, he said that the fact It happened last Saturday when he wanted to enter The Click Clack Hotel, because he had a reservation at the Egeo restaurant, in the capital of Antioquia.

In the text that accompanied the recording, Alexandra Rodríguez showed her annoyance and outrage at the “bad treatment, discrimination, the way of cataloging a woman and assigning labels at will”.

Then he wanted to relate in detail what happened that night. She said that she had made a dinner reservation with her boyfriend and a friend, but when they arrived at the door of the hotel a man told them that they “could not let them pass”.

The model explained that they began to question whether it could be the clothes that her partner, who was wearing boots, but her surprise was when the employee told her: “It’s because of her, she doesn’t comply with the dress code of the place”.

Upon hearing that, the young woman was puzzled and thus recounted that moment: “I began to look at myself. And I said, I don’t come in a skirt — because I know that sometimes the skirt is society’s great mess. She wasn’t wearing a ‘bodysuit’, a shiny black jean and black boots. […] It was not uncovered; I was confused”.

Then, to explain, she says that the hotel employee pushed her away and took her to a wall to show her the etiquette rules of the place, and under which the right of admission is reserved. However, there began his outrage:

“He pointed to the first sign that said: ‘You cannot enter with sadomasochistic costumes.’ [Silencio] I kept wondering what a ‘sado’ suit was for them… Are they really doing this to me? “

After that, everything got worse. The model said that the employee went to consult his colleagues and they ended up being three men talking about her, while looking at her and pointing to “make the decision as to whether she was properly dressed to visit that place.”

But everything got worse seconds later when another worker from the place approached her boyfriend “that they could not enter the place with girls of the easy life.”

Therefore, the model drew attention that apart from the fact that the place questioned her way of dressing, it also put labels on her to discriminate against her and qualify her as a certain type of woman.

Alexandra reproached that it is not possible that in “full 2020 men are making decisions about how a woman should dress to visit a certain place ”.

“I felt completely offended, I felt that they were judging me; I felt super bad, “he added.
