The Colombian Mariana Pajón returned to official competitions, after 6 months of para, in the European Cup of BMX, test that took place in Verona, Italy between Saturday and Sunday. Pajón rose to the podium by taking second place in both tests.
On Saturday, the Colombian had already signed second place in the first valid and this Sunday she repeated second place behind the Dutch Laura Smulders.
Before the pandemic, Mariana had her first podium of the year in the first round of the BMX World Cup held in Shepparton – Australia.

The Colombian will advance in Europe her preparation for the rest of 2020, aiming at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics
