Man who beat a pediatrician woman is investigated for corruption of National Games in Ibagué

The Zona Cero web portal, in the Atlantic, was able to verify that Rebaje García participated as a subcontractor in the works that were never finished in the Sports Park, and that turned this site into a desert for the time, affecting an incalculable number of athletes from the ‘Tierra Firme’.

This project was awarded by Imdri, in charge of Carlos Heberto Ángel, to the Unión Temporal Parque Deportivo Ibagué 2015, made up of Vera Construcciones Sucursal Colombia (40%), Construcciones y Obras de Ingeniería Civil SAS (30%) and Benjamín Tomás Herrera Amaya (30%), represented by Jaime Humberto Rivera Cuéllar, worth 73,539 million 221 thousand 32 pesos, of which advances were paid for 16,359 million 318 thousand 70 pesos.

However, in the development of the contracting and with respect to the use of resources, what was observed was a large concentration of the same (78.77%) in four subcontractors or suppliers, among which is Jalim de Jesús Rebaje García through of Precon P y R SAS (22.69%), also represented by Eding Asis Palis L ‘, for electrical works on six stages: skating rink, athletics, tennis complex, aquatic complex and urban planning.

The value of this subcontract was 6,551 million 788 thousand pesos, of which the sum of 3,275 million 894 thousand pesos was delivered as an advance, leaving a balance of equal value pending, the portal reported.

However, the audit of the project, in charge of the National Games Consortium, established that the works object of this subcontract, which involved six sports venues, were not executed and therefore the amortization of the advance delivered is not legalized because it is not invested.
