“It is about an occupational accident where an operator was removing an object from the roller coaster and due to recklessness he was hit by one of the carriages of the attraction causing his death. It is the version that the company gives, we will verify if it is not it is a mechanical failure or breach of wheel safety protocols, “said Jimmy Dranguet, Undersecretary of Inspection and Surveillance of Cali.
After the accident, the park located on Calle 5ta with Carrera 50 was closed while the pertinent investigations are being carried out.
For its part, the company, through a statement, regretted what happened.
