A woman who was walking along a sector of the road that connects the cities of Pereira and Armenia pointed out through her social networks that witnessed a man mistreat a woman. The incident occurred exactly at kilometer 5, north-south direction.
The user took a photo of the situation and it can be seen that the subject is taking by force who would be his partner. The woman who reported the situation indicated in her post that the alleged abuser grabbed his counterpart by the neck and raped her.
The complainant added that, realizing that he was being watched by other people, the man forced the woman into the car and left with her. “I yelled at her to leave her and the guy yelled at me that she had ‘slept with a guy’”, the user wrote on her Twitter account.
The woman who witnessed the situation went to the door of a residential complex near the scene of the events, to call the Police and report what happened. According to her, the authorities answered her call after noon and, Thanks to the information she provided about the subject, such as the license plates of the car in which he was traveling, the pertinent investigations are being carried out.
The publication made by the woman on Twitter outraged thousands of users, who also asked the Police and the Prosecutor’s Office to go after the whereabouts of the alleged abuser. These were the publications made by the complainant:
