The Mayor’s Office of Bucaramanga clarified what are the requirements that interested citizens must meet in order to apply and receive said aid that the State will deliver, until 2022.
“50% of these subsidies will be for households that earn up to four current legal monthly minimum wages (smlmv), and wish to acquire a Social Interest Housing (VIS). The other 100,000 subsidies will be for any household that wishes to acquire new housing that is not of social interest, whose value does not exceed 500 smlmv ”, indicated the Municipal Administration.

As reported, the subsidies will be provided only for new housing projects, and not for used housing.
The beneficiaries of the No VIS subsidies will receive about $ 439 thousand per month during the first 7 years of the loan, which is equivalent to a total subsidy of more than $ 36 million ”, specified the Ministry of Housing.
Interested parties can receive said benefit regardless of the municipality or locality in which they buy their property. “This subsidy applies to the entire national territory and does not have regional quotas,” clarified the National Government.
To receive a VIS grant the requirements are:
* Not having applied to ‘Mi Casa Ya’.
* Do not own a home.
* The maximum value of the home must be 135 smlmv.
* Not be a beneficiary of a housing subsidy from the Family Compensation Fund.
* Not have been beneficiaries of a previous subsidy.
* Not have been beneficiaries in any way, of interest rate coverage.
* Have an approved loan for a housing solution or a letter of approval for a housing leasing issued by a credit establishment or the National Savings Fund.
For non-VIS homes it should be taken into account that:
* Beneficiaries of ‘Mi casa Ya’ can access the subsidy.
* Maximum home value must be $ 430 million.
* Citizens can access regardless of their income level.
* You must have the initial fee for the home to be acquired.
Applications for said subsidies are processed at the time the credit application is made in the banking entities, in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Housing.
