Under the motto “Music humanizes us”, this Thursday, November 19, the 21st edition of the Latin grammy, the great party that celebrates the worldwide success of Latin rhythms in a particularly tough year due to the pandemic.
The artists could not meet as on other occasions and they connected with Miami (USA), partial venue of the event, from countries such as Argentina, Mexico, Brazil and Spain to share their speeches and performances during the night.
Lin-Manuel Miranda was in charge of welcoming: “Music unites us and gives us hope, this is our night.”
Then, Victor Manual, Ricardo Montaner, Jesus Navarro, Ivy Queen, Raw alexander Y Sergio George starred in the first performance of the night.
Ricky Martin, J Balvin, Anitta, Juanes, Rauw Alejandro, Camilo, Sebastián Yatra, Leslie Grace, Lupita Infante, Ivy Queen, Natalia Jiménez, Mariachi Sol De México by José Hernández, Jesús Navarro, José Luis Perales, Prince Royce and Carla Morrison were some of the artists who participated in the ceremony.
Karol G took the stage to sing one of his biggest hits “Tusa”.
J Balvin also took the stage, where he performed “Rojo” and also sent a message of solidarity with the inhabitants of San Andrés.
Then Sebastián Yatra came up with Guaynaa to sing “Chila Ideal”.
The singer Camilo also took the stage, along with Kany Garcíaa and Pedro Capó, to sing “What I see in you”, “Titanic” and “Tutu”.
