The Tunja Metropolitan Police found five members of the same family dead, including two minors, in the El Consuelo neighborhood of the capital of Boyacense.

According to María Emma Caro, commander of the Tunja Metropolitan Police, there were no signs of violence on the victims’ bodies, nor were there signs inside the house. Reason why Legal Medicine carries out the necessary expert work to determine the cause of death of these five people.

Commander Caro specified that the man was found partially suspended in the room on the first floor of the house, his two children – a 9-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl – lay lifeless in their beds, as did the mother of the man; and the children’s mother was on the couch.
