Judge decides whether to send police officers to prison for Javier Ordóñez case

Javier Ordóñez, 46 years old, father of two children and husband, died after a violent police procedure involving uniformed members of the CAI of Villa Luz in the town of Engativá.

According to the Legal Medicine report, Ordóñez died from blunt blows or trauma, lacerations and cuts to the skin and soft tissues.

As well as trauma and bruising to the face, shoulders, chest, abdomen, forearms, hands, right elbow, right knee, leg and left knee, among others.
