Former President Juan Manuel Santos has a very good relationship with Democrat Joe Biden, who as of this Wednesday will become the most powerful man on the planet. Such is the level of closeness that Santos is one of the few Colombians who received an invitation to his inauguration as the 46th president of the United States.
The information, released on Tuesday afternoon by Snail Radio, has awakened a wide movement in social networks. The media recalls that Biden was in Cartagena in 2016 as vice president of Barack Obama for the first signing of the Peace Agreement with the FARC.
