“Mr. Rodrigo Tovar Pupo is now free and on Saturday he was sent to an Immigration jail in Pennsylvania. On September 21 he will be sent to an immigration gate in Louisiana and we hope that he will be sent on a DEA flight the last week of September “, assured Ceballos.
