In the videos shown You can see how a patrol arrives at the CAI, after a few minutes some policemen entered the CAI, then they entered a person with a yellow jacket, who is Wilder Salazar, one of the friends who was with Ordóñez that day.

Then, you see how, among several policemen, Javier Ordóñez’s body was dragged in and taken to the rear of the CAI.

At the hearing on Wednesday, the attorney in charge of the case, Herman Rincón, asked Salazar, who gave his statement, to describe the images in the videos, but due to problems with the visualization of them Salazar could not describe much.

However, he did say that the videos showed the patrolman Damián Rodríguez.

Although during the projection of the video the witness Salazar couldn’t describe much, before that, In his account of the day of the events, he recounted how his friend Ordóñez was electrocuted several times and beaten before transferring him to the CAI.

He also said that when Ordóñez entered the CAI they hit him again. “At CAI that was a nightmare, the policemen insulted him, They hurt him a lot, they hit him several times with a brown wooden stick of about 50 centimeters. I told them that please do not hurt him more and he also said ‘no more’, “said Salazar.

By then, he said, Ordóñez was already very badly injured and he asked the police many times to take him to a hospital but that did not happen. Later, he said, when another of his friends identified as Juan David managed to enter the CAI, He managed to put his hand under Ordóñez’s nose and they realized that he was no longer breathing.

According to his account, Ordóñez died in the CAI, before you could be transferred to a medical facility.

In fact, one of the investigated patrolmen, Harby Damián Rodríguez, also spoke at the diligence on Wednesday, who acknowledged in his testimony that his partner Juan Camilo Lloreda hit Ordóñez within the CAI.

“I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and saw that the partner Juan Camilo Lloreda is hitting him with his feet approximately 4 times on the stomach and ribs ”, He said, and added that he asked his partner not to hit Ordóñez anymore.
