According to the medical report, the law student had nine fractures to the skull and face, rib injuries, burns to the body – apparently from the taser blasts – and a ruptured liver.

The ten investigators of the Prosecutor’s Office also have in their power: videos of the transfer of Ordóñez in the patrol and of what happened inside the CAI. They claim that they are “insane” images due to the violent beating the victim received.

Among the evidence collected so far are interviews with 12 witnesses, including neighbors and friends of Ordóñez, as well as two policemen.

The uniformed men would have witnessed what happened that night at two key moments: inside the patrol where the 46-year-old man was transferred and what happened when he arrived at the CAI of Villa Luz.

One of them even recorded the attacks suffered by Javier Ordóñez in the official vehicle.

The Prosecutor’s Office also has two videos inside the CAI and photographs of Javier when he left there and that show the unfortunate state in which he was, such as the brutal blow he had on the right side of his face, exactly between the cheekbone and the eyebrow.

According to investigators, security cameras in the area show that the victim began to be followed by the police from a cigarette store where he had gone with his friends.

The Prosecutor’s Office prepares arrest warrants not only against the two patrolmen involved in the murder of Javier Ordonez, also against the five soldiers separated from the position.

They would be prosecuted for murder and others for omission.
