James Rodríguez issued a statement this Thursday about what happened on the two dates of the South American World Cup qualifier, and about the alleged fight he had with some of his teammates.

From Liverpool, the player spoke about it and denied the versions that have involved him.

“I dismiss all kinds of alleged information alluding to mistreatment, aggression, disputes or all kinds of controversy raised between players and in which I am mentioned as the protagonist,” says James in his text, published on his social networks.

In different press versions it was reported that the player had starred in a confrontation with some teammates in the team’s dressing room. I link it in disputes with players like Barrios, Lerma and Luis Fernando Muriel.

“Both in the dressing room and personally, I maintain excellent and respectful relations with my colleagues from the Colombian National Team,” adds the flyer.

James denies all the versions, not only that they link him to him, but to his companions.

“I need to clear up all kinds of doubts about what harmony and the atmosphere in the dressing room represent, which although it is affected from the soul has never happened to the conflict between us,” says James.
