After a month full of problems, Everton seems to finally receive news that will surely give them a plus in the final stretch of the 2020-21 season.
At a press conference, coach Carlo Ancelotti spoke about the next game against Crystal Palace (April 5) and gave excellent news regarding the current situation of James Rodríguez.
Let us remember that the Colombian midfielder had been recovering from physical ailments and for that reason he did not play the last matches of the Liverpool team.
“He is well and in good shape, his physical condition is good so far”, were the first words of the Italian regarding his star.
Giving more details, ‘Carletto’ assured that the Colombian “is very important to us”, but above all it is good to have him in his “best form”. In this sense, he recalled that “at the beginning of the season he helped us a lot, especially in attack” and they trust that the same will happen during the last days of the Premier League.
“I am very sure that he will do well because I see him in training showing a good condition and attitude,” closed the ex-Real Madrid.
As it is, next Monday James could come back with the ‘toffee’. His last game was against Liverpool in mid-February and now, a month and a half later, fans are hoping to have their great offensive bulwark back.
