The citizen states that he was outraged by the fact that the President referred – through the institutional channels of the Presidency – about the capture of former senator Alvaro Uribe.

“On August 4 when the President came out to say that Uribe should be defending himself in freedom and questioned the Court (…) I filed a tutelage so that Duque did not speak about Uribe again and that he eliminate the publications In the official channels what he said about Uribe and I uploaded it to the Court’s page but they never processed it, ”says Pérez.

When he did not receive a guardianship procedure, Pérez began to send emails to the courts, “no one gave me a reason, I kept insisting until the Court admitted it to me and began its development,” says the plaintiff.
