The Administrative Court of Cundinamarca ruled in favor of Sergio Pérez, a writer and professor of literature from Santander who filed a tutela against President Iván Duque.

On Monday, September 14, he was notified, Pérez says, of the ruling in his favor, “declaring the occurrence of the consummated damage with respect to the fundamental right to equality invoked by Mr. Sergio Andrés Pérez Lozano, against the President of the Republic ”, says the first instance ruling.
