Iván Cepeda accuses Álvaro Uribe of smear campaign against the Court – Investigative Unit

Senator Iván Cepeda has just sent him to the Investigation Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice alleged evidence of the smear campaign carried out by the sons of former President Álvaro Uribe, Tomás and Jerónimo Uribe, through the DCI Group company, based in Washington.

Citing the revelation of EL TIEMPO about a contract that Tomás Uribe signed with an agency in the United States — taken up by News One—, Cepeda assures that what he seeks is the dissemination of lies.

“These facts show that there is an ongoing campaign of slander and lies against the Supreme Court that, we believe, should be taken into account in this investigation ”, Cepeda pointed out.

Cepeda also sent the Chamber the interview that Enrique Pardo Hasche gave to the journalist Salud Hernández.

The reason, according to Cepeda, is that with this it is absolutely clear that Pardo Hasche is a false witness by incurring in flagrant contradictions and new slanders against the senator of the Democratic Pole.
