“No bragging”

Faced with selective isolation and responsible individual distancing, Mayor William Dau invited the people of Cartagena to continue with self-care.

“We went from mandatory isolation to preventive isolation. A large part of the economy is reopened and therefore the most important thing since September 1 is self-care. No bragging if you don’t have anything to do on the street, ”said the president.
