A judge sent Jhon Fernando Silva Úsuga to jail who, apparently, was involved in the death of his supervisor at a surveillance company, Aldair de Jesús Cueto Díaz, 23.
The Prosecutor’s Office charged Silva Úsuga with the crimes of aggravated homicide, qualified and aggravated theft and illegal possession of personal defense firearms.
According to the investigating body, Cueto Díaz, supervisor of the private security company Brinks de Colombia, surprised Silva Úsuga, who worked for the same company, trying to steal a millionaire sum of money from an electronic teller machine.
The events took place on November 27, in the downtown area of Bello, Antioquia.

The CTI investigators indicated that Silva Úsuga had kept “a special company key to access the ATM and steal the money.”
Everything indicates that the men struggled and that in the middle of that situation “Cueto Díaz was shot in the head that caused his death“concluded the Prosecutor’s Office.

Silva was captured on December 5, during an operation carried out by the CTI of the Prosecutor’s Office, which in the search of his home seized a firearm without a permit to carry it. Silva did not accept the murder and theft charges.
