This Saturday, in Santa Rosa, south of Bolívar, Jorge Iván Ramos, a reincorporated ex-guerrilla who was leading the implementation of the peace agreement, was assassinated.
Ramos, who was known as ‘Mario Morales’, was a member of the national leadership of the Farc party, according to the political party, which emerged after the signing of the peace agreement.

The murder of Ramos, who orphans two children under the age of 10, becomes number 225 of ex-guerrillas reincorporated since the signing of the peace agreement.
According to preliminary information, ‘Morales’, who once commanded the 37th front of the Farc, was assassinated by armed men in the Palmachica village, in the San Lucas mountain range.
