In Barranquilla, an advisor to the Attorney General’s Office and her mother are found dead

A commotion in Barranquilla after the authorities reported the death of two women in a house in the Betania neighborhood, north of the capital of Atlántico. LThe public force investigates the causes of the death of the mother and daughter.

The authorities assured that, apparently, it was not a homicide, because they found no signs of torture or violence. The investigators attended the case because the community of the Betania neighborhood alerted the Police that the adviser to the Attorney General’s Office was not answering the calls, so some neighbors approached the home to inquire about what happened.

Upon arriving at the scene, they found the children of María Isabel leaning out the window screaming that their mother and grandmother were dead. Fact that generated alert in the inhabitants of the sector who entered the house to see what happened and found one of the women in the room and the other in the room.

Investigators analyzed the bodies and, in addition to ruling out violence, said that the situation was not due to a robbery, because the valuables were in the house.

The judicial branch and the control entities do not come out of astonishment at the death of Llach Barros, who had worked in the Office of the Attorney General of the Nation as an advisor to the Provincial Attorney of Barranquilla, in the National Directorate of Investigations Furthermore, she worked as a lawyer specializing in law with specializations in disciplinary law, public management and institutions.

The case remains in the hands of the competent authorities.
