While the delivery of the sixth turn of the program Solidarity Income began in September, this can be claimed until the end of October, taking into account that several citizens have not received it.
These inconveniences are not new, since Social Prosperity had already reported that although 2.9 million families received aid during August, other 100 thousand households had problems with the subsidy.
For this month, the beneficiaries will be notified by a text message about the moment in which they will have the aid in their respective bank.
For those without bank accounts, the message will arrive with instructions to open a digital product.
Where to see if help has arrived?
In BancolombiaFor example, you can check the balance at Bancolombia APP or at the telephone number 3430000, in Bogotá, or at 01-800-0912345, nationwide. Similarly, on the bank’s page you can also check if you are a beneficiary of a government subsidy.
On the other hand, the agrarian Bank points out that beneficiaries can verify if they have received the aid directly in their savings accounts or through service channels such as Banco Agrario App, Virtual Banking, ATMs or offices of the entity. They can also call line 594 8500, in Bogotá, and in the rest of the country at 01 8000 91 5000.
Similarly, the place to claim the transfer can be consulted on the bank’s portal.
Queries can also be made at Daviplata where you can see your account balance. If you do not have the ‘App’ you can enter the Daviplata ‘web’ portal and click on the tab ‘payment information’.
