A woman was killed by a shot to the head for your ex-partner, who later shot himself in the head in the bathroom of a house in the 8 de Febrero neighborhood, in Santa Marta. A second woman fixing the victim’s nails was injured.
The victim was Arelys Núñez Sarah, who was left lying in one of the rooms with a gunshot to the head, while the young injured was Mónica Patricia Díaz Vizcaíno, who was evacuated to the emergency room of the Los Nogales clinic in this city.
In a bathroom of the house, located at Carrera 23 with Calle 27F, the body of Eliécer Orejarena Ramírez was laid out, with a wound on the right side of the head and with the firearm in his hand.
Witnesses indicated that at around 2:00 pm on December 30, Orejarena, manager of a store in the Los Alpes neighborhood, entered the house and without saying a word shot Arelys Núñez.
The woman, who worked in various trades, lost her life immediately, while Díaz was injured in the act.
The young woman’s screams alerted the community, who immediately transferred her to the Los Nogales clinic.
