Greta Thunberg, the young Swedish environmental activist who in 2019 was chosen as the person of the year by Time magazine, asked the president of the United States, Donald Trump, via Twitter, to “relax” and ‘pulled the thorn out’ of a similar trill made by the president almost a year ago.

On December 12 of last year, a day after the media’s recognition was confirmed, Trump threw darts at the teenager and told her that he needed to work on his attitude.

“How ridiculous! Greta should work on her anger management problem, and then go see a good old-fashioned movie with a friend! Relax Greta, Relax!” The American head of state trilled at the time .

At the time, Greta simply responded in her own way: by way of parody, she changed her profile description and described herself as “a teenage girl working on her anger management problem. Currently calm and watching a good old-fashioned movie with a friend”.

On the morning of this Thursday, Donald Trump began publishing a series of trills in which he repeated his accusations of fraud and demanded that the counting of votes in the United States elections be stopped.

Precisely, his trill “Stop the count!” He was quoted by the young Swede who, using the same words as Trump, ordered him to calm down.

“How ridiculous! Donald should work on his anger management problem, then go see a good old-fashioned movie with a friend! Relax Donald, Relax!” Greta wrote.

In just three and a half hours, Greta’s message had had more than 120,000 retweets and 620,000 ‘likes’, as well as several comments for and against her particular ‘revenge’.

The United States has lived through stressful hours since last Tuesday night, when the polls closed and the vote count began that has not ended yet.

The large number of early votes and cards sent by mail has made the task difficult in states that are key to knowing who will be the new president of the North American country.

Trump, who is seeking re-election, has accused his contender, Democrat Joe Biden, of fraud after he managed to overcome in the states of Wisconsin and Michigan this Wednesday and is close to staying with Arizona and Nevada, two territories that would give him enough 270 electoral votes to stay with the presidency.
