I feel fine, without symptoms, and from today I will work from home, complying with all the protocols established for these cases” , said the mayor on his Twitter account.
Meanwhile, Aguilar pointed out in his social network: “Santandereanos, as is customary every time I return from the province by protocol I take the COVID-19 test. Today I received the result and it is positive, I want to tell you that fortunately I have not presented any symptoms and I am already fulfilling the mandatory isolation “.
Both leaders asked citizens to continue to abide by biosafety measures and not to neglect the spread of the virus in various parts of the country.
Last week both leaders met in person with the Minister of Mintic, Karen Abudinen Abuchaib, in the middle of a visit to the region to deliver 3,803 computers to equip the public schools of Santander and Bucaramanga.
