Galán says that Bogotá Mayor’s Office late filed ‘Marshall Plan’ projects and that is why he decided to withdraw tax reform

The president of the Bogotá Council, Carlos Fernando Galán clarified why the Mayor of Bogotá withdrew the project called ‘Marshall Plan’.

According to Galán, the Mayor’s Office of Bogotá «settled late»The projects of the ‘Marshall Plan’ and decided to leave because of the debt quota and not because of the tax incentives in favor of the Bogota citizens.

The ‘Marshall Plan’ had two major components, one of 11 trillion pesos of debt quota that was requested from the Bogotá Council.
