In the last hours the aberrant case was known. A 13-year-old girl was the victim of four men who had sexually abused her since she was 11 years old.
According to the investigation carried out by the Prosecutor’s Office, the girl “was subjected to sexual abuse.” These acts would have lasted for two consecutive years.
The girl became pregnant and it was then that the abuses were suspended. Not knowing which of the four men would be the father of the baby.
The Prosecutor’s Office charged them with the crime of abusive carnal access with a minor under 14 years of age.
All were sent to jail while the judicial process proceeds. None agreed to the charges.
The four men were identified as: Carlos Andrés Parra, Otoniel Parra Linares, Jhonatan Andrés Grajales and Julio Linares Romero.
These men were captured by the Police in the municipality of Cimitarra, in the department of Santander.
