The Seventh Committee of the House of Representatives approved this Wednesday, in the first debate, the project that seeks to regulate and guarantee the right of workers to disconnect from work, in order to prevent companies in the country from violating rest spaces for their collaborators after the working day established by law.

The project was put on the table by the representative of the Liberal Party Rodrigo Rojas, so that employees can enjoy and enjoy effectively and fully the time of rest such as licenses, permits, vacations and other activities of your personal and family life.

The initiative also contemplates that Workers will have the legitimate right not to receive calls, WhatsApp messages or emails with a work nature once their work shift ends and if they receive them they will have the right not to answer them until the restart of the next day.
