The mayor of the municipality of Riosucio (Chocó), Conrad Valoyes Mendoza, sent an emergency call to the National Government, at dawn this Sunday, due to a strong fire that consumed several houses in the municipal seat.
Although he did not disclose details or clarify the causes of what happened, he assured that they required helicopters to control the magnitude of the emergency.
“We have an emergency in the municipal seat of Riosucio, a major conflagration. At this time 25 homes have been burned”He declared through a video on the social networks of the Government of Chocó.
