At around 10 p.m. on October 21, residents of the Versalles neighborhood located in the town of Fontibón reported a fire that started in a mattress factory.

To the place Members of the fire department from the towns of Puente Aranda, Kennedy and Fontibón attended.
For now, it is known that the flames would have affected up to five houses neighboring the establishment. So far, the authorities have not reported if there are victims of it.

Images of the incident have been shared on social networks, as the smoke trail is so large that it has been observed from different parts of the city.

About 10:40 at night, the Bogotá Fire Department reported on its official Twitter account that the area was being secured and that the exact address where the conflagration took place was 22nd Street with Carrera 100A.
