According to the accusing body, these people identified with the aliases ‘Justo’, ‘Érika’, ‘La Pola’ and ‘El Profe’ They belong to the FARC dissidents and they arrived in Bogotá to form a terrorist cell to generate excesses in the days of demonstrations.

The Prosecutor’s Office assured that the investigation began in February 2019 when the Army dismissed Édgar Mesías Salgado Aragón, alias ‘Rodrigo Cadete’, leader of dissident organizations in the southeast of the country.

In that operation, electronic devices and documents containing the guidelines for the creation of ‘collectives’ or ‘solidarity unions’ were seized and it was determined that it was “a criminal initiative of ‘Gentil Duarte’ and ‘Iván Mordisco'”.

The information found that these groups were made up of a maximum of five people who had the task of “indoctrinating and recruiting university students or young people in urban areas. The objective, to implement them in the execution of acts of vandalism, attacks on the public force, mobilizations and blockades in cities ”.

As an articulator of these networks in the interior of the country was Wilson Reinel Moreno, alias ‘Martín’, head of the second front Manuel Marulanda Vélez, who was captured in February of this year in Tolima.

A few months later, between September and October 2019, the investigations targeted five people and, the researchers say, They were linked to various events on November 21, 2019, protests that were part of the National Strike: blockades in the southwestern part of Bogotá, damage to the Transmilenio de Las Américas portal, looting and strong confrontations with the public force in the sectors of Patio Bonito and Tintal, as well as the use of unconventional artifacts to attack the Esmad.

At the hearing, some of the audios that are part of the 1,600 hours of interceptions and 112,000 audio activities, data and messages were revealed:

Despite reporting several events in 2019, the Prosecutor’s Office assures that this group was officially established on January 22, 2020 and was made up of:

Justo Ernesto Villarraga Trujillo, alias ‘Justo’. This 73-year-old man would have direct communication with alias ‘Martín’, and would be the main coordinator of the recruitment and selection activities of young people, as well as the programming of illegal activities.

– Érika Lorena Flórez Durán, alias ‘Érika’ or ‘Katara’. Indicated to place students in the public and private universities of the city, and stimulate their participation in acts of vandalism. She had direct communication with alias ‘Martín’.

– Ruth García Estrada, alias ‘Rosita’. The evidence places her in the first line of the ‘collective’, as the people who, apparently, gave final approval to all the movements of the criminal network. This woman is wanted by Interpol blue notice.

– Greyssi Alexandra Perilla, alias ‘La Pola’. He is credited with promoting the creation of the ‘collective’ and defining a supposed protocol of intervention in the mobilizations, disorders or clashes that are generated.

– Miguel Andrés Parga, alias ‘El Profe’. The evidences show that it would be an active tab in all the illegal scaffolding. It is linked to the planning of disorders, the convocation and the coordination of the people who participated.

There is even a record of his presence on the sites and how he was accountable to the other members of the ‘collective’. He is also told to provide legal assistance to the captured youth and to intercede with the authorities to avoid their arrest.. In addition, it was known that he has been a government official since 2017.

Against aliases ‘El Profe’ there are audios that relate him to violent protests in the towns of Ciudad Bolívar and Usme, in April and May 2020, in which alleged dissatisfied inhabitants demanded claims to face preventive isolation.

In that sense, the accusation was made to ‘Justo’, ‘Érika’, ‘La Pola’ and ‘El Profe’ for the crimes of terrorism, conspiracy to commit a crime, disruption in public, collective or official transport service; obstruction of public roads, violence against public servants and damage to someone else’s property; none of them accepted the charges.

The Prosecutor’s Office requested the imposition of an assurance measure in a prison, which was accepted by the judge.
