Falcao, to treatment for muscle pain, to days of summons

Falcao’s team announced, in a statement cited by Gol Caracol, that the tests carried out on the Colombian National Team striker detected a “moderate tension in the upper right anterior muscle group”.

That annoyance prevented Samarium from finishing the training he was doing with Galatasaray this Thursday, which set the alarms in the country, taking into account that in 8 days the national team will play against Uruguay, for the Qualifiers towards the Qatar 2022 World Cup.

Although Falcao began a treatment to treat this muscle tension, his muscular ailment may make Colombia’s coach, Carlos Queiroz, doubt that he will announce the call for that match this Sunday, November 8.

Galatasaray did not communicate what the forward’s treatment is about or how long it will last, even so journalists such as César Augusto Londoño and ‘Tito’ Puccetti, assured that the player’s discomfort is not serious.

So far, ‘el Tigre’ has not commented on his health.

Regarding the call for Colombia, some novelties are foreseen. One could be the summons of Sebastián Villa, the protagonist of a domestic violence scandal in Argentina, where he played with Boca Juniors.

After facing Uruguay, in Barranquilla, the Colombian National Team will visit Ecuador, in Quito.
