This Thursday, September 3, several neighborhoods in the southeast and south of Cartagena will have impacts on the drinking water service.

This was announced by Aguas de Cartagena, which detailed that the failures are due to damage registered last night in the internal electrical system of the Raw Water Pumping Station (EBAC), Dolores.

The company indicated that “the sudden failure detected in a transformer caused the EBAC power line to exit for three hours, causing in turn, a decrease in the pumping of raw water flows to the Albornoz Station, which drives water towards the El Paraguay water treatment plant, which woke up without adequate levels in its tanks for the full supply of some neighborhoods of the city ”.
