In the fourth session of the trial of the police patrol accused of participating in the death of lawyer Javier Ordóñez, the Attorney questioned an expert on Legal Medicine to explain the autopsy to the victim’s body.
In his statement, the expert confirmed that the death is violent and assured that the blows were not self-inflicted, but produced by third parties.
Furthermore, he explained that the exact cause of death was product of internal bleeding from the bursting of one of your kidneys.
“Due to the ruptured kidney and the spleen filled with blood. Let’s say it simultaneously and causes a hemorrhage in those tissues”Said the forensic doctor Francisco José Calle.
The expert noted that the kidney burst may have been caused by a kick, and not from the shocks with the taser gun, since those wounds they would be superficial.
