Daniella Álvarez continues to set an example for Colombians with her attitude and willingness to overcome difficulties.
The model shared with her followers how her first steps are with the prosthesis she recently received.
Álvarez, on the arm of his father, who has also shown himself to be a fighter because he overcame the coronavirus, walked and joked about which of the two does better.
“My father has just come out of COVID so if I fall, we both fall,” said the Barranquilla.
He also showed how he practices other exercises in which he tests his reflexes and balance, such as walking his hold and throwing a ball.
“If I don’t put weight on the prosthesis, my knee would bend and I would fall. This is scary, especially when the right foot doesn’t help you because I don’t feel it, ”he explained.
The model recently revealed a tough new test in her recovery process, as the right foot will no longer be functional.
But that has not been an impediment for him to continue seeking to get ahead and be an example of improvement for many.
Daniella now dreams of going to the Paralympics.
