Daniel Felipe Martínez won the Tour’s 13th stage, the first for the Colombian cyclist in the race. After a great effort and surpassing the Bora (two against one), the Education First rider manages that another team opens its record of triumphs on this Tour. Among the men in the general classification, Roglic is more of a leader and Pogacar is already second in a classification led by two Slovenians … chased by four Colombians. Landa and Mas rise positions.
